What is your return policy? 

Because Siembra Creativa offers original artworks, limited releases, and thoughtfully produced small-batch pieces, all sales are final.

The only exception is if your order arrives damaged during shipment.

If that happens, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, including photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Original artworks, limited editions, and special releases are otherwise non-returnable and non-refundable.
